Chateau Marmont – Bar Marmont
Though Bar Marmont is the official or at least most associated bar in regards to the Chateau Marmont, I vote for opting for drinks at the hotel proper on its lovely patio (weather permitting). Apart from the so-called A-list clientele, the place just oozes Old Hollywood charm and pristine, natural Southern California beauty. Of course if you're fond of 'nouveau LA,' walk a few steps out of the Chateau and to the left and you'll find plenty of rockin' revelry and 'Saturday night fever' at the Bar Marmont.
